Fast dry chamber mainly includes:
Frame and wall
The frame is made by various excellent steel material, the wall body and roof are made of polyurethane foam board or rock wool insulation board.
Supply heat system
It is consist of natural gas burners, electric air-regulating doors, heat-resistant induced draft fans and indoor hot air supply pipes, etc., and can also use kiln waste heat.
Hot air cycle system
It is composed of main heating fan, circulating fan, hot air pipe, cyclone fan tube and its power part.
Discharging system
It includes moisture exhaust pipes, electric valves and axial fans etc.
Electric system
It includes power distribution cabinets, temperature and humidity sensors and their wiring systems, using electrical controls from internationally renowned brands such as Mitsubishi and Schneider to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
6-Products working principle:
According to dry principle, the dry process includes the following 4 steps:
Drying speed increased stage(O-A)
Isokinetic drying stage(A-B)
Drying speed reducing stage(B-C)
Balance stage(C-D)
7-Machine advantage:
1.The frame of the drying room is made of high-quality steel. The room body is made of polyurethane foam board or color steel rock wool composite board, which has good thermal insulation performance. The drying room door adopts manual side-opening door or electric industrial lifting door to ensure the sealing effect of the room body.
2.The burner adopts the British Comtherm burner or the Italian Riello burner with natural gas burner to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
3.The heating circulation system is included, and the hot air is stirred by the cyclone and dispersed to all corners of the drying chamber, which improves the qualification rate of the green body drying and reduces the number of green body cracks.
4.The ultrasonic micro mist humidification system is adopted to provide an efficient humidification environment.
5.The core components of the control system are all domestic first-line brands, using Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC, Finland Vaisala temperature and humidity sensors. The indoor temperature and humidity are controlled by PLC curve, the drying curve is set according to the moisture content of the green body, the data is fed back to the PLC through the temperature sensor, the PLC is compared with the set value, and the gas valve opening on the burner is controlled according to the deviation value. And the opening degree of the analog electric damper to realize the control of indoor temperature.
6.The drying room is equipped with multiple safety measures, such as equipment emergency stop button, high temperature resistant explosion-proof lights and cables, gas leakage alarm device, flameout automatic protection program, safety escape door, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
