The concept of a ball mill

Ball Mill for Glaze, also known as pebble mill or roller mill, is a grinding machine composed of a hollow cylinder with a ball; Mounted on a metal frame that allows it to rotate along its longitudinal axis. Balls of different diameters account for 30-50% of the volume of the mill, depending on the feed and mill size. 6. The auxiliary motor of large ball mill is conducive to the precise positioning of the grinding mouth and the effective mixing of materials, water and grinding body after feeding. The main motor and auxiliary motor have interlocking function, that is, when the auxiliary motor is started, the main motor is not allowed to start.

7. Cylinder using submerged arc welding, deep fusion, high quality weld. The ends of the shaft are heat treated to eliminate internal stress. Both ends of shaft are processed synchronously to ensure the coaxially of ball mill.


What do you need to pay attention to when using a ball mill

1. Product contamination may be due to wear, mainly from the sphere and partly from the housing.

2. Machines are noisy, especially if hollow cylinders are made of metal, but much less if rubber is used.

3. The milling time is longer.

4. Difficult to clean after use.
