3- Products usage
The 12 unit mould cabinet basin high pressure casting forming machine is modern high pressure casting equipment integrating water, electricity, compressor air, hydraulic and vacuum technologies. It is mainly used to cast sanitary ceramic cabinet basins (above and under counter basins), wash basin, lava, squatting pan and lid, sinks, shower pedals and other products. Cabinet basin High Pressure Forming Casting machine is the first choice for modern sanitary ceramic plant and factory. High output, low labor cost, energy saving and environmental protection are the main advantages of this equipment. 4- Products structure
12 moulds High Pressure Casting Machine for sanitary ware includes:
1) Main machine
Consist with left end support frame, right end support frame, upper beam and hoisting mold slide.
2) Compressor air system
The machine is composed of end air source processor (droplet separator and micro mist separator), main pipe, single branch pipe, air control valve, air pressure regulating valve, air distribution valve and air control box. The pneumatic control cabinet is mainly used to control the opening, operation and conversion of the main and auxiliary mould, such as vacuum, de-forming, dewatering, pressing and drawing, blowing, flushing, and controlling the slip general valve, large and small flow valves, cooling valves, etc.
3) Hydraulic control system
The machine consist of hydraulic station, mould pressure cylinder and hydraulic pipe, use editing control, it mainly include close and press of main mold and side mold.

4) Hydraulic pressurize casting system
The machine consists of feeding slip general valve, slip filter, indicating instrument, slip booster, booster oil cylinder, booster hydraulic station (shares the same tank with type pressure hydraulic station), large and small flow control valve, casting main pipeline, automatic casting 3-way valve, high-pressure casting hose and casting connection pipe.
The slip entered from the main pipeline during casting is pressurized by the slip booster and then distributed to each station model for forming and casting through the flow valve, the main casting pipeline, the automatic three-way valve and the casting hose.
5) Vacuum demolding system
It is composed of vacuum pump, vacuum pump cooling valve, cooling water supply pipeline, water supply control valve, vacuum main pipeline, and vacuum branch pipelines of each station. The vacuum negative pressure generated by the operation of the vacuum pump is communicated with the cavity of the mold through the main pipe and branch pipes, and is used in the vacuum de-water and de-molding of the green body.
6) Electric control system
Electric control system divide two model of manual and auto, it includes:

PLC 1200 series choose PROFINET communication protocol to realize the auto control of producing process.
l Feedback system
l Human-machine exchange interface to visual operate machine.
l HMI
l Electric control cabinet
l Safety control system includes safety curtain and E-stop button.
7) Resin working mold
The system includes 12 sets twin working mold, mold cleaning system, auto pulling mold device.
